How to place my first order?
Just do 3 simple steps:
1. Grab your favorite to shopping cart and checkout.
2. Fill in your billing address, shipping address, contact details.
3. Pay the order online or later.
4. It is Done! We will send the order details to you automatically. After your payment is cleared , we will process and ship your order. :)
What is your order procedure?
There is 4 status for an order.
1.Pending - You place order.
2.Processing - After the payment is cleared, we will take up to 3 days to process your order. If your order has an issue or out of stock, we will notify you via Email.
3.Shipping - Then we will post the order to you via your shipping option.（See our shipping & delivery page for more shipping details）
4.Delivered - The order is delivered.
Why we need your phone number?
We do need your phone number to attach in your order/package , so that the delivery man can contact you when your order is arrived.Otherwise, it is possible that they may miss you when you leave your shipping address, and as a result, the order will be return to us, it is a long long way:(. If you use Paypal express payment option, please leave your phone number in your message or email it to us.
Why we DO NOT accept a P.O.BOX as the shipping address?
We DO NOT accept a P.O.BOX as the shipping address. Because a P.O.BOX is too small to put a parcel/package inside so that the delivery man returns your order back to us. It will cause you can not get your order on time.
Online Payment ?
We accept online payment via Paypal, it support all major debit card, credit card and e-check.
Every order will be processed after payment is cleared. Generally, a payment will be cleared in 1-2 hours.
What is my shipping rate and delivery time ?
You can simply calculate and estimate your shipping fee in shopping cart. Please check our shipping information page for shipping time.
How much is the custom/tax?
Any import charges or custom/tax are the buyer's responsibility.
Normally, we will declare a real value of order in delivery. If you want to reduce your custom, you can tell us to declare a lower value compare real one in the order notice.
You will take the risk about lower order value declaration.
