To see your order status and updated news, please move your eyes on the left of page, you can see the "Tracking Order" form. You just simply input your order number and order email address, then you can see the latest order status, even you are not a registered customer.
To track your order , as soon as we receive confirmation that the order has been shipped out we will send an email with the tracking number for the order (If the order is trackable). In this email there are instructions on how to track the order with a link to the shipping courier's website.
To check your order status , you do not have to be a register customer.
On the left of this page you can find a form called Tracking Order.
Just simply input your order number (for example, 123456) , your order email address (for example, firstname.lastname@example.org), and a safe code. Then you click the "Track your order" button, it will shows your order status and history note.
There are a few of order status you may meet in an order:
Pending: the order is pending, most of time, it means your order payment is not cleared yet or you have not paid.
Processing: We are collecting your ordered items and packing for shipping.
Shipping: Your order is on the way.
Cancelled: Your order is cancelled.
Failed: it means your order payment is failed to pay.
To apply your coupon code you need to go to your shopping cart after adding all the items that you would like to order. At your shopping cart you will see a small box intended for discount codes, enter your coupon code here and click on the apply coupon box. You will then see that the coupon has been applied.
